Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5 to 12 business days after processing
  • International orders: 7 to 21 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates can take several business days to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Kerdanta is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your carrier, household members, neighbors, building management, or local delivery location. Kerdanta is not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
